      1. Oh thank you so very much for including the link for your sweet Bria’s meeting you! I tried to leave a comment there but on my phone it says to log into WP. So I’ll just leave a comment here! How precious as she brings you her ball and to your husband too! ❤️ Melts my heart how you care for these sweet babies in their twilight years. This just makes me smile and the good you do warms my heart. I’ve been feeling rather sad of late because of a falling out with my family in Arizona. They have chosen to be separated from us (long personal story) which includes my grandchildren who we can’t visit anymore. 😢 I’m hoping and praying this won’t last forever, time will tell if my son will get things in order and do what he thinks is best for his family. I’m mourning this loss, so I do my best to find smiles and good in this world. Sorry for the long response, thank you for all you do! ❤️❤️❤️ I’m hoping to write again soon, it may be therapeutic as I sort through so many emotions. Life sure can be hard and challenging sometimes. 💞

        1. Thank you kindly dear Diana and I am so sorry to hear of this falling out with your family in Arizona. I hope a positive solution can be found as I know how much you love your grandchildren and I am sure they miss seeing you too. I hope you will write again soon, it can be very therapeutic, even when all you do is focus on the little things that make you smile. Life can be challenging at times and we send love and peace your way 💞💜💞 xxx

  2. Castles bring to mind all sorts of fantasy adventures. About the closest we have to castles in my area are the cliff dwellings and towers left behind by Ancestral Puebloans in nearby Mesa Verde National Park and Hovenweep National Monument. While fascinating in their own right, they’re just not the same as the castles in your part of the world. Such a rich history you have in your own backyard! Also, Bria is looking good! Your images and poetry are sublime as always, Xenia. I hope the remainder of your week is generous to you and yours. :)

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words dear Mike and for walking along with us here too 🐾💚🐾 The cliff dwellings in Mesa Verde look amazing and Hovenweep National Monument reminds me of some of the castles here. So many stories there, it would be lovely to spend some time near these monuments and ‘feel’ the place. Wishing you a blessed rest of the week as well and much love back from our house to yours 🐾💖🐾
