Wordless Wednesday: Wonderful Wildflowers

a bumblebee flying above viper's bugloss flowers

The blue flowers (with pink buds) above are Viper’s Bugloss, which the bees especially love, and the purple flower is Corncockle. You can see more wildflowers in our recent posts Wonderful World, Happy Reunion and Nature’s Mandalas.

Wishing you all a wonderful Wednesday,

  1. That bee is really getting a mouthful! Haha. Excellent capture and the flowers are so pretty. My favourite colour of flower! I do like your WordPress theme for your blog with the grey background. Which one is it?

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words dear Amanda 🌺 The theme is Twenty Sixteen, which came with a white background, and I changed the colours. You’ll be able to change the colours on most themes through the Customizer and some of the newer themes even let you choose between Dark and Light modes when you read 💛
