I’ll have you know that your photos and words speak to me just as they speak to that silver-haired lady in your poem, half a world away. I can’t always find the sun in my daily life, but your images and poetry shine brightly enough to make up for it. I’m happy this poem has received such recognition from Spillwords. Well done, Xenia, and thanks for brightening all of our lives with your kindness and talent. 🙂
