The cold nights are helping the early tulips stay a little longer with us than normal and share a beauty at this stage of their cycle we rarely get to see.

Wishing you all a blessed Sunday and a peaceful week ahead,

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words dear Snow, ‘Ageing Silently’ would have been fitting for the peaceful way in which the flowers are fading too 💗

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words dear Anne, I’ve never seen them do this before either. It’s the first time we’ve had a week of night frost while the tulips are in bloom 🌺 xxx

  1. It’s lovely to see these beauties, already I’m noticing some May flowers and blooms and it warms my heart to still come across bright yellow daffodils and colourful tulips!
I hope you’re having or have had a beautiful Sunday, Xenia!

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words dear Russell and your slideshow looks beautiful in the header! I have them at the bottom of my posts and adapt the number of slides according to the topic. People seem to enjoy them and it’s a great way to catch up if they’ve been away. Adding a fifth will be fine 😊
